Pancakes are really easy to make. Whenever my kids wanted to eat some, chances are, most of the ingredients are readily available in the fridge.
Pancakes recipe:
1 mug of self raising flour
1 mug of fresh milk
a pinch of salt
1 whole egg
Mix all the ingredients together and cook using a non-stick pan. (use a drop of butter if you want your pancakes to be slightly buttery, or skip the butter for pancakes that looks like the one you eat at McDonald for breakfast). - The above pancakes, as per the picture were without any butter.
Note:
- Use self raising flour if you want your pancakes to look plummer than the ordinary 'lempeng'.
- It doesn't really matter what size your mug is, so long as the amount of flour equal to the amount of milk. You can also measure using a bowl instead.
Enjoy!
